During initial contact HR inquired as to my current salary which I gave. After first interview I was called and told they wanted to move forward and feedback was positive. Second meeting wasn't an interview, just an Ironing out of details and salary/benefits. Was then emailed and told they were pursuing other candidates. Why waste my time? It seems the company knew they couldn't afford me from the beginning but wanted to take me through all of the hoops anyway. Very unprofessional HR who seemed to know very little about her own job. Job title also changed 2 times during interview process. They don't know what they want to pay or what position they are hiring for.
