Sourced our profiles based on our academic performance Then screening One is telephonic Telephonic is basic round Second one is face to face Hr round Asked basic Hr questions, why HR , Why Infovity, and gave a situation to do a role play and asked few more questions based on my resume

The interview process had Two rounds. 1. Written Exam (Analytical skill & English proficiency) 2. Technical Round. The interview process for me mostly depended on Analytical skills rather than focus on technical skill set. Hard to say but, work culture doesn't appear encouraging.
