A very unwelcoming interview. The vibe from interviewers was very condescending. No introductions from the interviewers, was not even told in advance who would be interviewing me and then 4 people turn up on the interview. Interviews are no longer a one way thing - a potential candidate is also going to choose you as an employer based on how you treat them at the interview. Give the candidates the chance to ask questions! Moreover, emoloyees from India recruiting for candidates for a role in India - this just doesn't make sense. The working culture in India is very different to the uk work culture and the way you conduct an interview with a potential candidate does give a slight reflection of your working culture. Please sort this if you want to attract good candidates. Also, the whole process I had to go through to get this interview reflected there is no work life balance offered to the current employees.
