This was way back in 2005. The below interview process is for freshers.
We had an initial aptitude interview with some aptitude problems (non-technical), for those who qualified, we had a HR interview. The interview seemed to concentrate on candidates personality and extra curricular activities with a group panel (1:1)
Did not have any technical questions. I had made a home project in J2ME of a game, so was asked many questioned related to that. I was also asked questions about my dance,music and other activities in college(like participation in Tech fest etc)
