Aptitude test,hr round in personal interview will be asked , operational round still continuing. But the gap between hr and operational round would be 4 days for my case. Im graduate BBA i got this opportunity at campus drive.
2 ROUNDS
1.Aptitude - Maths questions, email writing, voice based questions basic excel questions basic English questions were asked
2. Manager round - basic questions were asked based on your resume
In 2018, it was on campus,
1) online assessment (typical reasoning etc)
2) interview (which was mainly Managerial and also based on resume).
Mostly female candidates got easy questions than male candidates( this is based on experience of my friends and myself)
1 interview with the recruiter and then you wait for them to ring and offer you the job, Easy and straightforward, It's a minimum wage role, so they accept whoever apply
