Interview
1.) Phone screening with recruiter(relevant skills and personality)
2.) Aptitude test(online quiz with an hour allotment)
3.) Technical Interview with two highly experienced interviewers using GoToMeeting. DO NOT TRY TO BS THESE GUYS, JUST SAY "I DON'T KNOW" or explain to the best of my knowledge. (Interview broken into 2 parts...[part a: technical- many questions about programming concepts]...[part b: personality and teamwork questions]). Within a day or two you'll hear back from H.R.
The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.
It was moderate to high level. They have asked about the troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
