I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Infosys (Muncie, IN) in Oct 2017
Interview
It started with a quick phone call, asking my start date and where I would like to work. Then set up an interview through email. Interview was technical over a web-based video chat. Very technical questions with very little behavioral questions. Know your programming! I was rusty so I didn’t do well.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Infosys (Richardson, TX) in May 2026
Interview
There were 3 Rounds in total. First was the Screening round where they asked basic Behavioral questions, discussed salary. Next was an online assessment which involved 2 coding questions and 10 MCQ's (basic CS concepts). Last round was a technical interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Past Projects, Data Structures, Programming skills
Thorough process. Asked about accomplishments and scenario based questions. Questions about how one would handle certain scenarios and how they can reflect to working with the company
Asked about my previous experience in leadership. Nothing to do with technical expertise
Went through a screeing process then moved on to the technical interview. Felt a little unprofessional because they were late and they did not have their camera on. Took almost 2 weeks to get a result back.
