Interview
There were two interviews. First was a telephonic and second was a face to face. Telephonic interview was to access the basic understanding and concentrated more on what was on the resume. Face-to-face was more about the projects I worked on and drilled down to details.
Not very difficult interviews to crack though.

Explain your profile as a business analyst. What all responsibilities were given to you?
The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.
It was moderate to high level. They have asked about the troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
