I applied online. I interviewed at Infosys (Dallas, TX) in May 2017
Interview
A Senior Associate Lead-Talent Acquisition in New Jersey with contacted me a week ago regarding a prescreen interview. He left a message followed with an email requesting that I contact him at my earliest convenience with dates and times that I would be available. I left a voicemail for him and followed up with an email and did not hear back from him. I contacted him a few days later- no response. I saw a missed call from his number, contacted him and followed with an email apologizing for missing his call and still no response. I contacted him the following morning , he answered the phone "hello", "who is this" as if he just woke up. I identified myself and he began the prescreening right away without regard for my time.
The entire process was disappointing- do not contact a candidate if you do not believe that they have the skill set for the position. Most importantly, respond to the candidate and inform them of this- it is simple courtesy to respond to them.
The only reason this recruiter answered my phone call was due to the fact that my number was private. This particular recruiter has been with Infosys for 5 years and I do not believe represents the company positively during interactions with candidates.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
Quick process with some quick interviews with the manager and some collegues, the process took me around 3 weeks before to receive an offer, after that the onboarding process was simple

Interview
I have submitted several applications for various Engagement Manager postings over several weeks. Despite having nearly identical experience to the job and editing my CV and cover letter to further align with the posting, I have not received any sort of a response. I understand that HR can get bogged down, so I called the Plano office to follow up on my application (3x, in fact), but there is no direct number and either the operator was alway away from the desk or I left messages to whomever I was re-routed to but have still not been able to talk to anyone. Adding to my frustration are the 4-8 *NEW postings for this role each week. (*I know these are new because they each have a different posting ID - 18###BR.)
