We had campus recruitment, so we had an initial round of aptitude test, where majority of the candidates are filtered (fortunately, I cleared the test). Then, after waiting for 5-6 hrs, a one on one interview was scheduled. It was more like a behavioral interview since I was a fresher. Questions like "Your strengths and weaknesses", "Tell me about yourself". A couple of analytical questions like " What steps will you take to make a new software product". Out of the 50 odd people who were interviewed, 35 got selected and I was part of that. So, overall an average interview.
