I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Mumbai) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process at Infosys was structured and smooth. It began with an online assessment followed by a technical interview focusing on fundamentals, problem-solving, and project experience. The final HR round assessed communication, cultural fit, and overall attitude.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1.Can you walk me through a challenging project you worked on and explain your technical approach?
2. One key question was about data structures — specifically, how to optimize a given algorithm for better performance
pretty easy and depends as per domain like for me they asked easy problem solving quetion and few quastions related to my tech stack for which theyare hiring and later some devops and testing or a developer related questions based on the domain
Start with introduction and resume and one coding questions and some of technical questions based on oops, can, os and dbms
And then full depth of resume and hr questions like introduction, about family background etc

Interview
They suck. I have years and years of experience and all they want me to do is recite the definitions of terms that I haven't had to learn since college rather than ask any questions about the actual work I have done. I have interviewed with them 4 times. Every time it was impersonal grilling asking me to define terms. I hate it so much.
