1. The JD on their linkedin opening doesn't describe / mention things that they ask. I was interviewed for application support role, but they asked me everything a developer does. If your job role requires that, please mention it in your JD. 2. The interviewer joined in 20 mins late.there were supposed to be 2 of them. One of them joined in towards the last 15 mins of the interview. 3. I never received any feedback on the interview which I was told. Neither a rejection nor an acceptance. FEEDBACK: The first impression towards an organisation matters. I have never seen a worst interview drive than this.
