Information Network Security Agency interview questions

After i applied in person for the company they gave me a call for personal interview.The first interview was a personality interview where the get to ask me questions about my interpersonal skills like time and conflict management habits and work area behaviors,I was interviewed by three people.The next step was technical interview there was also three men and it took me like an hour to finish this interview.
