Interview
Interview process was relatively smooth first interview with one of the management team. Second interview meeting different members of the company and the director. Even thou they said I was one of the top candidates and didn’t get offered the job and I was given some feedback that didn’t really make any logical sense.

Interview
I was initially interviewed by Mark who is the development manager. He was friendly and calm with me. I then moved on to a technical test and review which went well. Met two other developers at the company and they were both friendly and calm. Even though I didn't have all the skills required they still thought I would be able to handle it. My final interview was with Shaun the co owner who was suppose to play 'bad cop' however I found him very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was just trying to protect his business. He has built something very special
