I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infor in Mar 2010
Interview
Contacted by recruiter
phone interview with a manager
1:1 with a VP
Interview was very friendly and well prepared. After the typical questions (why you, why with us...)
Second interview was full of little painful questions, like a rehearsal. But VP tried to make sure to have the right guy.
Had a first round video call with hiring manager, then they would give you a case and you would need to do a presentation in the second round, after which I had a video call with the global director in the third round

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Infor (Hong Kong) in Mar 2018
Interview
Direct interview with VP in the sales department. They mainly look for people sharp in presentation and good in sales talk. Since I have the product knowledge too, basically I got the job offer on spot.

What you having been doing. Did you meet your qouta.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infor (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2014
Interview
fairly straight forward. some of the sales managers are not competent. Seem to be a lot of politics in the hiring process. It was clear once i started work here that the biggest issue was how to cover your butt in sales and not really about selling.
