I was referred to Birst, which is a company acquired by Infor:
1. basic recruiter introduction to see if you are human
2. take online assessment (cognitive / personality) which is the first time I encountered this by a company I interview for
3. phone tech screening (includes basic java questions, design patterns and dependency injection
4. take home challenge (2 hour max; folder comparison)
5. onsite - 5 rounds that lasted about half a day
