I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infogain (Rio de Janeiro) in Jan 2025
Interview
Unfortunately, my experience with the interview for the Data Engineer position at Infogain was disappointing for several reasons. The recruiter seemed unprepared and uninformed about the requirements for the role. This lack of knowledge was evident in the conversation, as they had not reviewed my resume beforehand, which undermined the efficiency and purpose of the interview.
Additionally, the recruiter exhibited minimal interest during the interaction, which gave the impression that the interview was conducted merely to fulfill a quota of candidates rather than as a genuine effort to assess my suitability for the role or provide meaningful insights about the company and position.
Given this unprofessional approach, I cannot recommend this interview process to other candidates, as it failed to meet the basic standards of respect and engagement expected during recruitment.
