There were 3 rounds of interview, 2 technical and Managerial round. Interviewers were good in all three rounds and each round was nearly about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Post interview process, HR sent a congratulations email with an intimation that I have cleared all rounds and I filled in candidate information and background check was also initiated. Then there was no email despite I followed up with couple of times. What I am expecting is a formal closure stating what went wrong. Although if project was cancelled what I expect is letting candidate know about it.
