Interview
It will have total 4 rounds. Discouraging people and it is product based one and no company will interview a candidate for 2nd half hours .first round took 1 hour and 2nd round is for 50 minutes and it has conditions too 2 year bond we have to sign that too for very less pay
Iam done with first 2 rounds and in 3 Rd round project manager don't even know about webservices project and interview is approximate ly 3 hours and I don't recommend that company environment shows that lot of pressure on employees .that is the reason they are asking for bond even for experienced developers, to take total command on them.

I am a postgraduate trained on Java technology.
I had two technical rounds.
1st round ) : Interview question were so easy from....OOPS Concept(write program for inheritance,constructors, polymorphism),multithreading concept & collection frameworks(Map Interface).
In 2nd technical rounds : They asked me more questions from Data Structures...Sorting(only few) & also asked to write program for prime numbers. I didn't remember Wts prime no. But HR gave me clue but could not write the logic.
So...I was not shortlisted.

Interview
The interview process was swift.
The interviewer seemed uninterested . He didn't care for what you were answering .
Round 1: java questions / collections / exception / threads .
1 program to be written. Since they basically wanted people for struts , there was a lot of questions in struts framework . All were easy . I seemed to have answered all their questions . They seemed to be okay with it .
After waiting for a while they said "HR will give you a call " . After a week no sign of it. Sent couple of mails finally got a message saying "you didn't clear the first round" .
They could have said so on that day itself .
Totally a waste of time .
