I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infoblox
Interview
Straightforward , no-nonsense interviews. I got to meet important influencers and colleagues that I would be working with. Good blend of challenging technical and business questions. They are trying to evaluate you and not trip you up like in some other companies.

Question 1
What product did you develop in your previous role - and explain how you would change your strategy if one of the several parameters (market, timing, funding, pricing etc.) were drastically changed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infoblox (Tacoma, WA) in Oct 2022
Interview
The most complete and involved process I've been through. The inclusion of a cognitive test and personality assessment raised some flags in my mind, but the experience was positive and interesting. Any concerns about how the interview process might foreshadow the working environment evaporated within my first week or so. This is a great place to work (so far) and every person I've interacted with so far has been welcoming, supportive and helpful.

Cognitive test was a requirement. Timed and challenging!

Interview
phone interview and onsite in person multiple meetings. Nothing out of the ordinary. Several members of engineering team and architects interviewed with a lot of back channel reference checks. It was a little annoying given that they did several back channel references with some other prospective employers.
