I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at InfoTrack (Sydney) in Jan 2020
Interview
First round of interview was about experience and achievements on my resume and then they sent me an assignment to complete.
The assignment was irrelevant to the position and was very ambiguous. When I asked few questions through recruiter to clarify my understanding, I did not get any response back.
Anyhow, I made some assumptions and completed the task on time and sent for review. After one week, I followed up with the external recruiter about their feedback and she told me that all the teams need to review it before giving any feedback. Since then I have not heard back from them and they totally ghosted me.
The tech team @Info Track, please have the decency and provide feedback to people even if they are not selected for next stage. Each individual's time is valuable.and they deserve to receive at least one line of feedback or simple notification of rejection after spending number of hours on technical assignment.
You are showing the true color of your company and culture.

Question 1
What is the difference between ref and out keyword in C#
The technical assignment requires you to scrap Google based on some keywords and url and aggregate the count of and occurrence of keywords in Google search
I went through the entire interview process at InfoTrack, which included logic tests, a home task, and a generic final behavioral interview. After reaching the final round, I received no feedback. It felt like a waste of time and effort, given the lack of respect for candidates' time.
