I have got call from hr and then he scheduled my technical interview, i had call with design head. He gave me a task and in a day i have completed it and submitted the task. Within 2mins of submission, i got call from hr that sorry we are not proceeding with your application. Even the design i did was just not a UI design, i have included all wireframes and whole ux process and ui designs. With in 2mins of review, they rejected me. So i got to know that, they just want free work and design ideas from designers. Totally fake interview process and playing with designers time and feelings. I will not recommend this company at all. Be careful.
