After applying via the Internet I was interviewed in person, by two senior staff members, at a London office where they presented what the company did, its aims, and a little about its structure and goals. They then walked through my experience, work and study history and asked questions about what I thought the role would cover and what I could bring to the company. Overall the interview was open and friendly.
