Recruited through my online resume, had a phone interview with HR, another phone interview with the Director of Ops, then an in person interview with one of the Owners.
Each time it felt very casual, they asked about my experience (naturally). There weren't many hypothetical questions, moreso just talking shop in a professional and timely manner. It felt good each step of the way. The further up I went in the process, I could tell my experience matched, and they were looking for a good fit with the team.
