Process is fine quite easy and straightforward. There were two rounds including manager interview and team interview. You will expect a role play during the team interview. The result will notify our within a week.

15 mins phone interview.
45 mins interview with general behavioral questions.
15 mins interview of role-playing in terms of how to deal with difficult customers, how to solve conflicts with colleagues, and so on.
3 hours trail working.
