The recruitment process consisted of three main steps. First, there was an initial HR screening to discuss my background and motivation. Then, I had an interview with the manager to go deeper into my experience and skills. Finally, the last step was a business case presentation to the manager during the third and final interview.

What were your targets in your previous job? Were you achieving them?
Really unprofessional. Contacted by Cecilia Skrzypczyk for an initial interview and was sent a link to book a time - which I did. I was sent confirmation, I booked time off of work, started to prepare, and then received a notification that the interview had been cancelled. I emailed Cecilia to confirm why this had been done (system error, change of circumstances, position being filled etc..) Was sent a generic email saying that 'after reviewing my application they have decided not to proceed with my application'. No further clarification from Cecilia, nothing. Really unprofessional.
