Infinia Search interview questions

I was recently contacted by Steve Whirlow at Infinia Search Partners about a role his firm was exclusively recruiting for. He noticed on LinkedIn that I was actively looking for a new role and realized by skills were in alignment with the role he had available. We set up a call to review my background and explain the needs of the company and the role available and his affiliation with the company. We both agreed that it could be a good a fit and he forwarded my information on and decided to touch base in a day or two. The next day he touched base to let me know if hadn't heard back but would let me know either way. A day later he called with the good news that the company was interested in moving forward! We scheduled a prep call so I could feel extra confident about interviewing since it's been awhile since I had. Two rounds later with the company, and a call in between with Steve, I got the job! I am forever grateful for his guidance in this process.

The interview process for me was intense, I was super nervous, but I know I answered the questions to the best of my ability. Through the interview process Tom Schmids the recruiter was super helpful and encouraging. He answered any questions I had and prepared me as much as possible for the interview, he was pretty much like my hype man during the process so huge shoutout to Tom. This whole process has been wonderful, haven't got any news yet if I got the position or not but fingers still crossed!
