InfiniSource Consulting Solutions interview questions

I was contacted via text by HR on a weeknight after business hours. We arranged to speak the next morning. In the morning he verified that he would be calling soon at 8:45AM. I responded to affirm. Waited 3 hours. He finally called and after two questions re: my experience with Paychex and Paylocity, proceeded to chide me for my lack of experience in government contracting. He used shaming to sell me the importance of working for them in order to enhance my skillset in HR. I think the interview lasted less than 60 seconds. Buh-bye.
