Sehr lockere Atmosphäre. Zuerst gab es eine kurze Vorstellungsrunde. Anschließend wurden Fragen gestellt, die Abgleichen sollten, ob man von der Einstellung zur Stelle und zum Unternehmen passt. Natürlich wurden auch die Aufgabenfelder der Stelle besprochen. Insgesamt war das Gespräch sehr angenehm und mehr ein Dialog als ein Verhör. Beide Seiten konnten für sich herausfinden, ob sie sich eine Zusammenarbeit vorstellen können.

Interview
First got an email from the recruiter asking my availability to schedule an initial call with the hiring manager which was 30-40 minutes. Had a second interview scheduled shortly with the hiring manager, next level manager, and a business partner which was around 1 hour (scheduled for short but call went long). Both calls were smooth, I was asked about my experience, how to handle challenging situations, strengths/weaknesses, hobbies, etc.

Interview
Average difficulty level. Need to know how to convince the panel that we have required expertise. Found the people who interviewed to be friendly as well. Overall it will be a nice experience.
