Industrious interview questions

I interviewed for the Member Experience Manager position. The process began with an initial recruiter screening, followed by interviews with local leadership. The conversations were professional, and I enjoyed learning more about the company and role. My main concern was the lack of communication following the interviews. After completing the process, I did not receive any follow-up regarding next steps, whether the position had been filled, or if I was no longer being considered. Despite following up, I never received a definitive update. A simple update or rejection email would have been appreciated. Based on my experience, the interview process started positively but ended with a disappointing lack of communication.

Went through three virtual rounds of interviews with the last being a case study. After multiple follow ups with the in-house recruiter, I received no response or feedback. Total ghost.
