Phone call, then an in-person interview with owner. Fairly casual, lasted about 20 minutes. Basic questions about work experience and why I want to work there. Positive experience overall. They got back to me within the week that I was hired.

Very casual, normal questions. Interview was held in the shop, so slightly loud with background noise. The whole process was very simple. It was a two-part interview, your normal interview, then a physical test where they throw you in and see how well you do taking orders, greeting customers, interacting with the staff, etc.
