Interviewing is done at the office and, when possible, at the installation site. Candidates are made at easy, very relaxing atmosphere. Company is always looking for the personality that matches corporate culture. Sometimes the relationship starts slow, outworking projects, and after that coming on board full time.

company does not take pride in posing most difficult questions (like other companies do in order to get 5 minutes of fame), rather the team wants to find out a true candidate's personality, with a genuine conversation.
