Interview
I applied through my university, the process took about 2 weeks. I got a phone interview and the questions were about my resume and the projects I had done. I got called for an onsite in Folsom they explained what the job was and the interview was non technical, it about the projects I had done plus what I knew about the company and then another follow up onsite in Folsom. The second onsite was with the higher Management and executives and the questions mainly were about my skills, why was I fit for this positions and knowing about the company in detail. After that was the technical interview with 3 people who asked me questions about basic computer skills, they gave me small coding question and asked me to identify what was going on; They also gave me a list of 10 things to do on the computer in 20 mins which consisted of stuff like write a small python code, debug a python code, get into a program without a password, find the IP address of the computer. This job position consists of configuring, troubleshooting and helping clients with the ignition software via phone.
Very strightforward. Very underpaid. The path is not very clear. If you are a student or recent grand, don't fall for this position. You can get very higher pays doing actual software engineering jobs.

Interview
A simple behavioral interview with the HR assistant for about 15 minutes. Asked to talk about yourself and how your experience and knowledge make you the right fit the job. Interviewer did not seem interested at all which made it a little discouraging but overall interview was okay.
