Disorganized interview process. I sent my desired interview times for the role and the interviewer showed up 10 mins late. They didn't seem very interested in the company or in my work experience. The company doesn't seem like they care much about their employees.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at InductEV (King of Prussia, PA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Interview process overall was well organized, however the company clearly lacks leadership and direction as noted in the reviews from current and former employees. You go through multiple rounds, create presentations, get asked what your salary expectations are just to get a low ball offer with the most unfavorable contract terms I've ever seen - including MONTHLY pay. Additionally you are pursued like a top candidate only to find you are 1/3 people who got the exact same title and offer (assuming that's because 1/2 will decline due to contract terms and compensation). CEO and Board need to be a part of the interview process and approve every hire when it's a startup with limited revenue and cash. There are more senior managers than working employees it seems, and everyone is seemingly moving into a new role. Save your time and look for something more stable that pays better.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions that were asked were essentially in presentation form - very structured. Tell me about your background, tell me about why you're interested in the company, tell me about relevant achievements and walk me through your go-to-market strategy. Nothing overly complex or would require you to think - it's simply to see if you can present and want to put the time into a presentation for an interview for a relatively mid-level position.
