First step you will get Psychotest for 3 level, if you pass the test, next you will get Technical Test from User, after you pass the Technical Test, you will do HR Interview, and if you pass all the test, here we go for Offering Job

when I was graduated from college I tried to apply at a job fair and then I got called to join the interview process. Those tests are psycho tests, skill tests, and forum group discussions. About 2 weeks selection, I got called that I've been selected as a new employee and then I accept the offer.
