Indo Schottle Auto Parts interview questions

I received the call for the Interview and my experience was really bad after I visited the office premises. It doesn't look like an IT office, but the panel for the interview was ready to make all fake promises like 70 % onsite travel, transport facility to office, canteen and all other basic ameneties which an IT company must have. But unfortunately they have none of them. I also came to know about a bond/agreement which one has to undergo post joining the company : The bond says - You cannot quit the company under any circumstances for next 3 years, if you even think so, you have to pay an amount of Rs 4 Lakhs. Also if you join you are not allowed to post or publish anything about their company because if you do so you will be voilating the bond of Rs 4 Lakhs. Forget about hikes or appraisal but salary deduction can be introduced whenever the organsation feels so. I came to know all this because one of my friend joined there recenty as a SAP Consultant and he also had heard of these fake promises during his interview which never came into picture after he joined. My STRONG recommendation would be don't join this company. If you are in SAP you can get any other job but please don't even think of this one. You will not find much comments about this company over the internet because the employees working here cannot post any of their sufferings ( as per the bond ). And the office location too makes it very difficult to travel daily to office
