There is an initial phone screen and an onsite. Assuming you pass the onsite then you're hired. The onsite consists of meeting with 4-5 people. There are algorithmic questions and cultural questions

They asked me a question whereby I had to find a series of aliases in a fictional public records database from a persons actual name. It was an algorithmic question involving strings.
