The interview consisted of 1.5 hours of interview time, 1 hour peer interview/lunch, 3.5 hours of clinical observation, so 9am to 3pm. The initial interview was with the manager and supervisor and consisted of about 45 minutes of answering questions and about 45 minutes of them discussing their facility and operations.
