Indian Trail Club interview questions

Phone Interview, about 30 questions. Had to next meet them in person and discuss my work week and how I would fit in with rest of staff. Very good group of people. I enjoyed my time with them and accepted job right away. I also believe that they could be better at working around your schedule, they struggled with that.

I walked in and applied for the position, a few days later I received an opportunity for the interview. I and two others were interviewed at the same time for the job, due to the high influx of applicants. The interview was about an hour long. I needed to be creative, have experience working with children, and have some management for such. There was a series of questions asking about skill and capability to complete the day-to-day tasks required for the job. It was very straightforward.
