It was one of those serious type interview. I have done many interviews and I always took it lightly and here as well I thought it would be same. However I had to go through 4 round of face to face interview with all the Senior Authority of the Company. Everyone had their own share of experience and had own set up values, and tackling 4 people of different set of brain on one day was not a joke.
