Indian Hills Country Club interview questions

2-3 Phone interviews. Very relaxed and conversational, just talked about my education and past restaurant experience. Took about 1-2 weeks between phone calls, but they communicated well over email when needed.

Quick and easy, they needed working hands and they are very laid back. It is a lot of mowing, and simple maintenance. You work with very friendly people and at the same time it's fun. Also very nice to be outside all summer.
