Interview
Walk-in, interview was professional and friendly. Easy to articulate my attributes to this company and felt really comfortable. Liked the staff, they were so polite and friendly. Can’t wait to do it again.

Interview
As I was interviewing for an intern position, my interview was fairly easy, which was a plus as I'd never really been through the formal interview experience before. One person performed the interview.

Question 1
I was asked about a problem that I had faced at a previous job and how I solved it.

Interview
I was interviewed and accepted a position under one manager after about 3 months they moved me under new manager who happened to be the CEOs wife and has a huge turnover rate and reputation of being hostile. After a few months I saw that this was the plan the whole time but they never told me. It was misleading. The interview gave me a pretty picture of the company selling "individuals with disabilities" as a niche and to make you feel like i would be moving my career working for a great cause that would be more rewarding personally and professionally. The people I ended up working with under senior management are 100% for the cause but upper management is very corrupt. If you interview here be sure to ask what checks and balances there on within the company. It was very frustrating once in this company because the CEO has everyone including HR and board members in his back pocket. I was told to do things that I was afraid to put my name on. Be sure to know who you manager will be and ask where the vision of your said position will be going. You do not always know what your walking into but I found out after the fact the huge turnover of my new boss (CEOs wife) who I never met or even heard of in my interview.

Question 1
The interview questions were pretty typical. I interviewed first over the phone with HR, then with two senior managers, then with one senior manager and the CEO.
