I applied online and had to do a personality assessment. I then received a call about a week or two later asking to come in for an interview. Interviews can vary depending on your manager but I happened to get a great manager! I spoke mainly with the manager and the asst. manager too me to the model apartment to talk about the job and do a mini-interview.
