the interview process was fair and professional. the lady was very nice and personable. It lasted about 30 minutes and was interesting. I enjoyed this smooth interview process with indeed.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
Very unprofessional, they rescheduled 3 times and then just followed a script of questions. The script was uninteresting and soured me further on the whole position. Interviewer seemed like they didn't like their job much.
Initial informal phone screen (15 mins), followed by (30 min each) individual interviews with hiring manager, peer manager, and director. I heard back in about 1 week after the final interview.

Over phone, about 10 questions. Standard enough. Talk through my recruiting process. Management experience . Sectors and roles recruited in. Levels of candidates, difficult roles, targets, length of recruitment cycle.
