First round telephone interview with recruiter, then hiring manager and got as far as meeting 2 team members. The problem was the lack of prep, recruiter provided me with prep but it just wasnt the right information that came up. The job spec didnt contain anything I was asked on either so there seemed to be a lack of communication or understanding on someone's end.

Hiring manager asked about training experience and style, but the next round asked project management questions, building relationships with senior stakeholders, how you get off the ground running in a new industry.
