Really fair - I had telephone interview first with the recruiter then a face to face interview with 2 directors followed by final interview with MD along with a presentation on my current role and what I knew about Indeed.

How do you feel leaving somewhere that you have grown to be the most experienced to starting at the bottom again
Only spoke with HR representative who reached out via LinkedIn. The call was rescheduled from the contact day-of due to a time conflict. Pretty top-level conversation and questions. Pay was misaligned with the title so decided to not move forward.
