I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (New York, NY) in Dec 2019
Interview
1 phone interview, 1 zoom interview w/ 3 different people, and finally 1 zoom interview where you have to sell Indeed to the director and then AGAIN be interviewed. They way they interview you, with so many steps and people, you would think you were interviewing to sell nuclear codes. They make you sell the product as if you were on the phone with a prospect and then critique you for not knowing things about the product that you would only know after being TRAINED in the product. It was a ridiculous process.
The interview process was positive. I originally applied for a different role, but when I wasn’t selected, the recruiter kindly recommended me for another opportunity that was a better fit.
Pre recorded questions, would not recommend as they did layoffs recently so they are not really looking to hire anyone right now, lack of leadership and support, unclear information about role
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed in Nov 2023
Interview
Email , one introduction interview with hr , one interview with directors and then a final interview with managers . Everything you can imagine was asked . Very kind .
