They required you to commit to many interviews (I had maybe 8 panels or so) for at least 45 minutes. But then, they'd disappeared without any news for months. I saw that other candidates shared the same experience of being ghosted like that, so I kind of expected this treatment as well. However, it would be nice to have a bare minimum of receiving the result feedback... knowing the company asked candidate's time. 8x45 min was quite a commitment, esp. when you work. The ghosting gave a negative impression, especially the other pharma companies will give you news, negative or positive.
