Incyte Associate Director Commercial Operations interview questions

Screening call with HR in October, hiring manager Zoom interview in November, on-site panel with 7 team members in December, another on-site interview (case study presentation & Q&A). Having to travel from another country to Morges twice, receiving positive feedback on-site. I didn’t get an offer: tremendous effort and no dividends. When they invited me to go on-site for the second time, which was not the original plan, I said, “Please, be considered, I am working, and I am a father”, but they insisted and, despite the positive feedback, they selected someone else. Frustrating, mainly because, according to what they told me, “I raised the bar high, setting up a high benchmark.”
