Incus Company Android Developer Intern interview questions

Very disrespectful experience(Zoom interview). There are two interviewers, one white and one Chinese. While the white guy was asking questions, the Chinese is making noise in the background without turning off the mic (chatting with others, pouring water). When the Chinese were speaking, his cellphone was ringing. This is very distracting and impolite to an interviewee.
